2. I would give you magical mastery over water, so that the squall and tides would bend to your will.
3. I let you live past the day we met.
That was my end of the deal, now for yours which was one item: One-thousand souls to be given to me by the anniversary of our arrangement seven years later.
Now you must've imagined my surprise when I breached my brother's realm to find out that you had not collected one single wretched soul. Not only that but you sic your rabid crew on me, and now they are all dead. So the terms of our contract must be renegotiated to suit these developments. In the past, I would simply take your soul, and of those I have killed in self defense, subtract those souls from the sum and place a curse on your bloodline that would end when the difference was paid off. However, I'm feeling generous today, you see my wife gave birth to our second daughter, back in our dimension, so here's how things are going to go.
I will keep your crews' souls which is final and give you the choice, of either; surrendering your soul, the soul of your daughter (yes I know of her), or fighting me and if you lose I will treat your action as you volunteering for the first choice. At any rate, unless you beat me, I will be taking one more soul today. And the best part is once I collect that soul, or I am defeated(fat chance), I will never return to physically darken this realm again, but whoever is left alive will be my agent here. Sound Good?
